Successful innovation meets a consumer need, yes, but importantly it must make sound commercial sense for the company and its retail partners.

In module 6 of our ‘Key to Innovation’ course we tackle the critical commercial steps that are needed to ensure you can launch a successful innovation. We review the value chain, writing a business case, setting an RRP and promotional strategy. Finally, we explore how to work with commercial teams, supply chain and regulatory.
