Find Your
Confident Core

A 1-DAY INTERACTIVE WORKSHOP FOR WOMEN

Confidence is important. If someone has confidence in themselves, we have confidence in them – we give them jobs, projects, promotions, leadership positions.

The problem is that, for many reasons, women are often less confident than men – even though they are no less competent or talented. This lack of confidence can mean they miss or lose career opportunities and it is one of the key drivers of the gender inequality we see in the workplace.

In this 1-day interactive workshop, delivered by Gill Whitty-Collins & Alex O-Rourke, the participants will:

  • Explore confidence & the important role it plays
  • Identify what’s holding them back
  • Understand their unique talents, strengths & values to find their confident core
