We’re delighted to have delivered a marketing capability course to the team at Edrington Beam-Suntory UK in the last week, and have been receiving some rave reviews from the delegates. But don’t just take our word for it, here’s what Marketing Director Neil Skinner had to say, “We needed an inspiring course to upskill our marketing community and provide a common set of tools, frameworks & language for us to use across all the teams. Chris and Alex and knocked it out of the park with a deeply engaging course that successfully blended their expertise with our internal processes and language.”
The course covers the theory of core marketing principles and the delivers a series of practical modules that follow the key stages of the brand management cycle. Each practical module includes theory, tools, templates, case studies, voxpops from experts, practice exercise and interactive sessions. And in a little more detail, here’s the content:
- Situation analysis
- How to write a strategy
- Activity selection
- Creative development
- Media planning
- Customer Marketing
- Selling propositions
- Measurement and evaluation
At the end of the course, we ran a reflections session so that each delegate could capture the key learnings they were going to apply in their day-job and so that the team leads could agree how to consolidate the learnings and embed them into the business.
This course was delivered over Zoom in a series of 4 hour blocks, but it could equally be delivered in person provided COVID precautions are taken. If you’d like to talk to us about a capability course for your team, please drop us a line here.
